A medical centre in Bahrain run largely by Indians, charge you modest fees, take your picture; a copy of your passport/ID; X-ray your chest, take blood, urine and stool samples (sorry about that); measure your weight & height, and blood pressure; and then have you examined by a doctor, admittedly not quite thoroughly; all in less than 30 minutes.

Communication is conducted in multiple languages, for dozens of people before you, with you and after you with hardly any noise, drama or confrontation. Am I impressed? You bet your chuddies I am.
